Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review our policy before placing an order.
Swimwear (Final Sale)
For hygiene and safety reasons, all swimwear is final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All swimwear items include a hygiene liner, which must remain fully intact and attached when trying on.
Please try swimwear over undergarments only. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or had the hygiene liner removed cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
Accessories (Hats, Bags & Other Items)
Returns or exchanges are accepted on unused accessories within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are unworn, unused, and in original condition

All original tags and packaging remain intact
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Sale & Discounted Items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and non-returnable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit, where applicable.
